I have not received my insurance documents. Can you please provide me with my policy information?

Tiger is not an insurance provider. If you have any queries regarding your policy documents, please get directly in contact with your insurance provider and request that they send you out a copy.

Some insurance providers may also make your policy documents available online, so you may be able to access these through logging in on their website, or they could even be somewhere in your email inbox / junk folder.

Can you send me proof of my no claims bonus?

Tiger is not an insurance provider. Your previous insurance provider should have sent you details of your no claims bonus to you with your annual renewal letter or after you have requested the policy to be cancelled.

This document should be used as proof of no claims. If your previous insurance provider has not sent this to you then we recommend you get in contact with them and request it.

Can you confirm who my current insurance policy is with?

Tiger is not an insurance provider. Your current / previous insurance provider should have emailed or posted across your policy information around the date your insurance policy began. If you received an email, we recommend you search for it in your inbox and also your email junk folder.

How do I cancel my insurance policy?

Tiger is not an insurance provider. If you have any queries regarding your policy such as cancellations, please get directly in contact with your insurance provider and they should be able to help you.

Can I call Tiger for a quote over the telephone?

Unfortunately we do not currently provide a telephone service. However you can get a quote online and then discuss directly with the insurance provider that you would like to purchase a policy from. You can find a definitive list of all of our insurance and other products here. Alternatively, you can use our search facility.
